The rooms are furnished with Double bed , wardrobe, chest of drawers. 

The shared facilities include a very well equipped, modern fitted kitchen, with two cookers, two fridge freezers, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

We have cleaners who attend to clean the communal areas once a week.

There is no deposit for this room, there is an admin fee of £70 to be paid along with the first 4 weeks rent when you move into the property.

We also have a maintenance team on hand, should any repairs be required throughout your tenancy.
